SEISMIC ALERT:  NEWTON ABBOT, DEVON  23 JUNE 2011  13:43 UTC  2.7 ML

BGS have received several reports from villages and towns in south Devon of a felt event this afternoon at around 13:45 UTC.  Reports described "the whole house shook", "was sitting on my bed when I felt a shudder" and "the pictures on the wall swung".
