Felt mostly in northern Italy, from Torino to Venice, but also reported felt C3
in Monaco and as far north as Lugano, Switzerland.  People ran into the      C3
streets and businesses and schools were temporarily evacuated but no         C3
casualties or severe damage has been reported.  The epicentre is             C3
approximately 15Km NE of Parma, Italy.
