News is slow to come out of the C3 region as communication systems have been severely disrupted. The C3 earthquake was felt throughout NE Iran and was also felt in parts of C3 Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.

      Latest reports indicate that two people C3 have been killed, eleven others have been injured and four villages in the C3 region have suffered damage.
