sorry, I spent last month at Krakatau Volcano at Indonesia and could not answer
your email. However, I am surprised to hear that local bulletins of GRF did not
arrive at ISC since December 2003. We have sent all local bulletins to ISC up to
March 2005. I attach the December and 2 following bulletins to this email.
