      Please find attached PLSN phase contribution for November 2006.
      
      Ksp_lok0611.txt is lacking in this contribution.
      We have ongoing renovation of electric circuitry at KSP observatory and
      database preparation at this station is halted. It is not yet known when the
      station will resume normal operation but it is expected before Christmas.
      It is another issue how long it shall take for the observatory to catch up
      with issues that have got delayed.
      
      Ojc_lok0611.txt on my computer opens in "DOS character set" instead
      of the "Windows character set" as all the other files. Contents of the file
      are normal and I have no idea why Windows system does something
      like that with the file. There is no problem with the file on Linux.
