I am sending our phase contribution for Mar-2007.
Ksp_lok0703.txt is delayed. Reason for this is combination of Easter and of
one of our KSP staff sent for compulsory vacation (he did not use up all of
his vacation leave of 2006 and so he was given forced 2 week leave).
Nevertheless PLSN0703.ig2 contains local data from KSP, only that these
picks are made by our Warsaw team and perhaps KSP staff would have
made them differently by 0.1 or 0.2 seconds. Some smaller events may be
lacking but usually these very small events do not go into the ISC bulletin
anyway.
