       No data available from the Moray network due to the system not recording     C3
       from 1 June 19:44, sytstem res-started 6 June. Glenn Ford There are          C3
       indications from a Flotel alongside one of the platforms in the              C3
       Elgin/Franklin that this event was felt. MORE: received by DaveLong, BGS. "I C3
       am on the I am on the Rowan Gorilla V jack-up rig which is alongside the     C3
       Franklin platform and was on board the rig on the 4th June when the          C3
       earthquake took place. We did feel the whole rig shake and had everyone      C3
       wondering what had taken place; we had no crane or drilling operations       C3
       ongoing at that time so we had know idea what had caused the rig to shake so C3
       much (there was no damage). I have shared the information you sent with the  C3
