LOCALITY		:	Martinique, Windward Islands (north of Martinique)

Based on historical earthquake and tsunami data NO tsunami warning was issu=
ed after this earthquake. Latest reports indicate that several people have =
been slightly injured and minor damage has been reported from Martinique, S=
t Lucia, St Vincent and other nearby islands in the region around the epice=
ntre.  It was felt widely across the region and as far away as northern Sou=
th America.=20
