| Description: | The Regional Seismic Network of Northwestern Italy (abbreviation: RSNI international network code: GU) was born in 1967 and it is currently composed of more than 30 seismic stations directly managed by the University of Genoa (Distav),located throughout the northwestern part of the Italian peninsula. The RSNI network is one of the largest and most important university seismic network, useful both for monitoring purposes and for scientific research and analysis purposes. The RSNI seismic network belongs to the Laboratory of Seismology of the University of Genoa (DISTAV – Dipartimento di Scienze della Terra, dell’Ambiente e della Vita). |
